Join us at the Hannah Block Historic USO/Community Arts Center on Friday, November 7, 2025, for a 1940s-style USO Show & Dance honoring Southeast North Carolina veterans. Presented by AARP, the Southeast North Carolina Veterans Day Parade Committee, and Thalian Association Community Theatre, this unforgettable evening will relive the spirit of the WWII era with live music, hit songs, and classic dances—including a special tribute to The Andrews Sisters, “The Sweethearts of the Armed Forces Radio Service.” The celebration begins at 7:00 PM with a free swing dance lesson from the Cape Fear Swing Dance Society, followed by a lively USO Show at 7:30 PM and dancing until 10:00 PM.
