You'll need the event name, date and time, a description, your (or your organization's) contact info, and an event website if applicable. You can also flag which resource category your event supports — Community & Social, Academics & Training, Mental Health & Wellness, or Financial & Employment.

Yes — every event page has an Add to Calendar button that downloads a file you can import into Google Calendar, Outlook, Apple Calendar, or any calendar app.
