As Cape Fear’s first pet food bank, Heidi’s Hope for Homeless Animals’ Pet Food Bank and Pet Meals on Wheels Program provides critical food and supplies to families facing economic hardship. We believe no one should ever have to choose between feeding themselves and feeding their beloved pets. Our Pet Food Bank fills a vital gap in our community, and we are proud of its measurable impact — more than 310,533 pounds of pet food and supplies collected and distributed, valued at over $866,142. Through a strong coalition of more than 20 local governmental and charitable partners, we ensure consistent, reliable support reaches those who need it most.
